Mangonia Park is a small town in north-central Palm Beach County, located next to West Palm Beach and Riviera Beach. Incorporated in 1947, the town was meant to be called Magnolia Park, but because that name was already taken, the state granted a charter under the name Mangonia Park, a nod to the mango groves once common in the area.

The town's location is its biggest advantage. Mangonia Park station is the northern terminus of Tri-Rail, offering commuter rail service south to Fort Lauderdale and Miami, and I-95 is close by. Downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach International Airport and the beaches of Singer Island are all a short drive away. Housing options are limited given the town's small size, so nearby neighborhoods in West Palm Beach and Riviera Beach are often worth comparing.
