Sea Ranch Lakes is a small village in Broward County, located on State Road A1A and surrounded by Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Incorporated in 1959, the village was formed by residents of the original gated community who wanted to remain independent.

Most of the village is a gated residential community of single-family homes set around small lakes. Residents have access to a private beach club with a pool and beach access, and a public shopping plaza along A1A provides everyday conveniences. Because the village is so small, homes come to market only occasionally. The restaurants, shops and Anglin's Fishing Pier in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea are a short walk away, and Fort Lauderdale is a short drive south.
